Surowce, które zostały użyte do wyrobu naczyń, to przeważnie iły o małej zawartości ziaren frakcji pyłowej i znikomej zawartości drobnych blaszek mik. Wszystkie badane naczynia zostały wykonane z surowców o podobnym składzie mineralnym i podobnej granulacji. Na podstawie oglądu struktur i tekstur oraz składu mineralnego badana seria przedstawia homogeniczny zespół surowcowy. Prawdopodobnym źródłem surowca są aluwia.
EN The aim of the petrographic analysis was to determine the mineral composition of ceramic masses, identify the origin of the raw material, and identify intentionally added tempers. Furthermore, the data gathered during the analyses made it possible to identify the types of ceramic masses, the manners of their preparation, and the conditions and approximate temperature of the firing. Raw materials used for making the analysed vessels included primarily loams marked by small contents of silty fractions and negligible contents of mica plates. All the examined vessels were made from raw materials of similar mineral composition and similar granulation. Based on the examination of texture, structure, and mineral composition, the analysed assemblage can be regarded as homogenous in terms of raw material, with alluvial deposits being the most likely source.
